This film examines the renovation of two victorian house in Bristol. The film identifies some of the existing defects present in both properties and follows the process of rehabilitation. The film also aimed at all those students and practitioners who are involved in the management and repair of acquired property but do not have the opportunity to regularly visit schemes on site. The film include footage of re-roofing, damp proofing, replastering, rendering, sound insulation and fire protection together with improvement such as new kitchens, bathroom fittings and central heating.
