Terdapat sejumlah besar data awam yang tersedia melalui pelbagai sumber. Namun, data awam ini ditempatkan di laman web dan platform repositori badan kerajaan yang berbeza. Data perlu dikumpulkan dan disimpan dalam gudang data untuk dimanfaatkan. Oleh itu, projek ini dijalankan untuk merekabentuk dan melaksanakan gudang data yang sesuai yang mampu menggabungkan semua data awam dari badan kerajaan yang berbeza dan laman web awam dalam satu gudang data. Kajian dimulakan dengan mencari sumber yang relevan dari pelbagai platform data terbuka, seperti publicinfobanjir.water.gov.my, laman web idengue.mysa.gov.my and laman web openweather.org/api. Kemudian, data penting telah dikumpulkan seperti data paras air, data hujan, kes denggi tempatan dan juga data cuaca. Gudang data awam dibina menggunakan pendekatan ‘Bottom Up’ menggunakan metodologi Kimball. Selepas itu, model skema galaksi dikenalpasti untuk merekabentuk jadual fakta dan dimensi, yang kemudiannya ditukar menjadi model logikal. Akhirnya, gudang data berstruktur dibangunkan menggunakan PostgreSQL. Gudang data awam yang mengandungi data seperti paras air sungai, hujan, kes denggi tempatan dan juga data cuaca akan memberi manfaat yang besar kepada TM One dan orang awam. Bagi TM One, gudang data ini membantu dan mengoptimumkan pengurusan infrastruktur berkaitan dengan usaha mitigasi banjir. |
