ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) reinforced with recycle ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) as an alternative material for new plastic product. Plastics are widely used in various applications. Plastic has the unique and diverse properties such as can formed into shape offered a better usage in real world but not all polymers are recyclable.This project are to optimize the combination of the recycle polymers and to study tensile strength properties of polymers procedure such as of polymers. A recycling plastic are often made up of more than one kind of polymer. This project is to investigate the tensile strength of the combination of the recycle polymers material. This combination is about ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) with recycle ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). The combination of the polymer will affect their properties and also will be definitely changing particularly their tensile strength of each combination. These combinations will give their strength of each combination. These combinations is continuing by tensile test to know their tensile by more specific. To test this combination, a tensile test will be used and the data will be analyzed. The strength changes occurred on material during the test is observed and taken as data. The mechanical properties are determined by using calculation and comparison are also been made with facts. |
