This technology presents several advantages to human being. In this paper, we present an application that uses augmented reality techniques to allow the user to buy house from housing agent. In this application, user able to view the house from the certain pamphlet provided by the housing agent using their smartphone that have android operating system. By doing this, user also can view even at their home by having this pamphlet and decide which house would they like to buy. The viewed building is recognized by having the built-in camera in smartphone to catch the picture in the pamphlet as a marker and thus a three-dimensional (3D) building is display.
