Dissertation note: Project Paper (Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering) -- Universiti Malaysia Pahang – 2015 Abstract: This project will discussed about the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices in facial tissue in JCS Paper Milll Sdn. Bhd. TPM is analyzed by using various method such as breakdown frequency analysis and OEE control chart to understand the maintenance system in JCS. Availability, performance and quality is accessed monthly to find out the OEE of the production line. Revision also will be made on the control chart to find stability performance standard and target OEE will be recommended. Causes will be determined through root cause analysis such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagram and solution will be proposed for the improvement of performance and productivity of the facial tissue production line in JCS Paper Mill Sdn. Bhd.
