Nowadays, demands on product base on plastic is increase from day to day because the product that made from plastic are capable of competing with any other product that made from other sources of raw material in terms of its quality. It is also cheaper compare to any other materials and also the manufacturing process of making these plastics product take shorter time than the other material. In order to manufacture the plastics product with a very good quality, some process should be done and the most important process in the design stage.Because of it, it can be produce in many type of mould such as three-plate mould, two-plate mould, hot runner mould and also cold runner mould. In order to obtain a perfect product without any defect some flow analysis on the product will be conduct. This study will use the Moldflow Plastic Insight (MPI) software in analysing the product. The analyses of the cooling channels location will also being done so that to make sure a constant plastics flow obtain.
