Water covered almost 70% of earth but only 6% consist of clean water and 0.3% water could be drink without any treatment. Water is very valuable natural resources to human, animal and plant for survival and complete their daily routine. Water also sources of energy that could produce electricity through hydraulic system. Water play important role in the population growth and rapid development as the clean water resources needed as the condition in the existing of the remaining population. Physical, Chemical and Biological aspect characterization which can show that the water is clean or contaminated. The water then have tested based on the following parameter which is the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), pH value, Lead (Pb), Copper (CU), Zinc (Zn), Cadmium (Cd) and Total Coliform (TC). The water have been tested before and after the treatment using the natural coagulant that consist of the mixture of Moringa Oleifera seed powder and Azadirachta Indica leaves oil. The water treated with difference dosage which is like 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, and 200 mg/l for Moringa Oleifera seed powder and for Azadira Indica Leaves oil are 1.0,1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0ml/l were taken and checked for the proficiency dosage on raw ground water. All parameter were decreased with expanded dosage of Moringa Oleifera Seed powder and Azadirachta Ondica Leaves oil with the exception of Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD). The result have analyze using the Statitic Package for the Science Social to the accurate data an average of the result before and after the treatment. The result then compared with National Water Quality Standard (NWQS) and Malaysia Drinking Water Quality Standard (MDWQS). The Total Coliform (TC) does not meet the standard of National Water Quality Standard (NWQS) which place in Class II which need to be treated and after the ground water have been treated the Total Coliform (TC) reduce and change to Class I based on the National Water Quality Standard (NWQS). The raw ground water sample then compared with the Malaysia Drinking Water Quality Standard (MDWQS), the result show that the Total Coliform (TC) does, Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) does not comply with the Malaysia Drinking Water Quality Standard (MDWQS). The value for all parameter reduce after the treatment process using the natural coagulant which is the mixture of Moringa Oleifera seed powder and Azadichta Indica leaves oil but only Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) still does not comply with the Malaysia Drinking Water Quality Standard (MDWQS). This study show that the mixture of Moringa Olifera seed and Azadirachta Indica leaves as Microbial Agent and Natural Absorbent in treating ground water and have the potential as drinking water by increasing more dosage of the mixture of the Moringa Oleifera seed and Azadirachta Indica leaves.
