Bachelor Degree Project (PSM) is one the compulsory course to be registered by all student in Universiti Malaysia Pahang during their final year of studies. For this project-base thesis, Course Checklist System for Final Year Student Powered by Blockchain Technology is proposed. The main idea for using blockchain technology is to automated the current manual process of getting approval and verification from academic advisor before students pursuing to industrial training. Current process may be hassle for both parties as the process involves many steps and all has to be done manually. These steps include filling the course checklist form several times as mistakes may occur and setting up meeting with academic advisor for verification by manual checking through IMS. The objective of this system is to develop final year student course checklist system based on object oriented approach and to evaluate the usability of the system. Agile is the methodology used to develop the system. After development phase, targeted audience, which are FSKKP’s final year student are given user acceptance test (UAT). This is for ensuring overall function work according to the created SRS and error-free.
