The purpose of this study is to examine how different types of fillers, such as Nata de coco powder and banana peel based on the variety of filler rates can affect the biodegradability of latex. This study includes to find out how the hybrid filler can affect the aging properties and to test the durability of latex films with different levels of charging. This study looked at the preparation of latex films by making a filler solution before adding to the latex mixture. For making thin latex films, the pre-vulcanization and dyeing processes should also be considered. To carry out some analysis and characterization, latex films should be buried under soil for biodegradation tests. This analysis also should have done using instruments such as Attenuated Total Reflection Fourier-Transform Infrared (ATR-FTIR) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Based on the results obtained for six samples, sample of 14 phr of Nata with 1 phr of Banana peel were chose as the best material due to its tensile strength which include the highest indicating the strongest and most tear-resistant option. While, at elongation of break it is moderate which providing a balance between strength and elasticity.
