<br/><br/> Level of service’s (LOS) estimation is important for determining the very high quality of public transport in term of user’s comfortability and safety.  It shows user’s point of view on public transport.  A research will be done to evaluate level of service in Kuantan.  Therefore, the research will proved that fare rate, comfortability and time are the main factor of level of service.  Then, service is affected by the value from LOS A (excellent) until Los F(very poor) according to parameters evaluation.
