Origin-Destination trip survey when put in the trip matrices is useful for traffic planning and proposed amicable solution for enhancement of the safety of motorcyclists. There are many procedures that can be implemented in determined the motorcycle O-D trip matrices and one of them is License Plate Survey method by using the video camcorder. The mostly suitable and effective period to conduct the license plate survey is during the Peak Hours (AM Peak Hours, Noon Peak Hours and PM Peak Hours). Traffic counting method is used to get the motorcycle theoretical 0-0 trip matrices to compare with the actual O-D trip matrices derived from the License Plate Survey method. The number of motorcycles license plate matching 0-0 trip matrices should exceed the motorcycles theoretical 0-0 trip matrices at any time. Whilst we have to take the actual O-D trip matrices as for the one to be recommended to those who need the information. The case study had been conducted at the entry and exit junctions of Jalan Kuantan - Gambang (Federal Route 2) and Jalan Kuantan - Pekan (Federal Route 3) at kilometer 10.
