N2  - Automated guided vehicle is one of the materials handling system that works in big industry. It is a needed in industry to make work easier. AGV widely used in warehouse due to its compatible and flexible performance. In this project, designing prototype of AGV came up to overcome effected fume by acrylite during cutting it. This AGV replace operator needed to operate laser cutting machine. Basements structure of AGV function to move forward and backward and able to endure weight of total mass of the whole AGV. The material used to make the AGV were aluminum profile, power window motor sets of wheels and couplings. To power the AGV base structure 12V car battery was used by connecting it with parallel circuit. After assemble with all parts the AGV function well according to the design and can be useful vehicle in UMP lab
