The objective of developing this automatic fish feeder is to help farmers in producing more products efficiently and effectively. Significant problem is farmers frequently do not have time, money, or manpower to manually feed fish, especially on a 24 hour-a-day basis. Farmers feed the fish manually so the amount that has been given to every tank is not in the same amount. This machine is designed to feed the fish automatically. Using this machine and automatic method farmer can give accurate amount with the right time regularly. Design of this machine is suitable for small medium enterprise. The body of this equipment is built from aluminum which resistances to corrosive. This machine has closed container that contains foods. At the opening of the container there are wheel situated. The wheel is fixed on the rail that makes the wheel move automatically according to the time set. When the wheel reach at he set point at every section of tank there is a degree track which make the container open. This part of opening is supported by spring that controls the width of the opening so that the right amount of food is given to the fish. This spring is attached to the both side of the opening. After the feeding, the machine will automatically move up and straight away continue with the other tank. It will stop at the end of the last tank.
