It also is one of the mostly used power electronic circuits and it has applications in various  areas  ranging  from  portable  devices  to  aircraft  power  system.  Various topologies of dc-dc converters are suitable for different applications. In this project, a prototype of the converter is constructed by using power  switches, capacitors and inductorless components assures a small size, light weight and high power density of power supply. The selection of suitable switched capacitor is important to get the desired output. PSpice simulation and hardware implementation result will prove that the design circuit of “12 V – 5 V Switched Capacitor DC-DC Converter” can convert 12 V input power supply to the desired output 5 V. 0aCurrent converters
