Tutoring system is an evolution of a traditional education into a technology in helping students. Hence the TS4S is developed in the caters for Science subject in year 4 which in topic of Benda Hidup Mempunyai Keperluan Asas using three ties architecture. Since in traditional classroom education system, students basically will be bored due to lack of interactive learning methods as paper-based textbooks. This TS4S system will be mostly student oriented whereby, it will be used by students on their own initiative to further understand particular topic. Like it can act as an extra teacher outside class to enable students to further grasp and understand the topic of Benda Hidup Mempunyai Keperluan Asas being taught in classrooms. Besides that, they also can early prepare the topic before teachers teach in class. With TS4S system, student can practice on the available quiz and test which is provided to test their understanding and skills. When students have done the quiz and test, the TS4S system able to check their answer and send their test result report to their parents and teacher. Hence their parents can check their children result on anytime. As a result, the three tier architecture of TS4S is success to implement which consist domain module, student module and teacher module. Lastly the TS4S achieved all the objectives which are proposed in the report. In a conclude tutoring system in year 4 science subject is teaching aid software which can help in learning environment. It also can help students to learn their own place and enjoy their learning process.
