PTMK Booking System is develop for enhance the existing system at the PTMK University Malaysia Pahang by using the technology of RFID to ease the management of the equipments at the PTMK office and make an efficient way to the students booking the equipments for university events. Web based technique is being used as the interface, to ease the user access to the system via online and MySql as a database. RFID device that being used to this system improves the management where the admin and staff can be easily record In and Out equipments in an efficient way. PTMK Booking System is user friendly because the system has a function where the user ( student, admin and staff) can check the availability of equipment via online. They does not need to check manually. Besides that, this system is systematic because admin has a function to manage and monitor the stock of equipment via online. RFID tagging at each equipment make ease of admin or staff to record check in and check out equipment automatically. Lastly, the development of this system is to replace the existing system at the PTMK and hope can be improved by the future generations.
