It is hassle for teacher to make analysis of attendance data manually and ensure error prone in that process. Attendance Management System Using PIID (AMSUPIID) is proposed and will be implementing in Pahang religious schools under supervision of Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang (JAIP). PIID is a combination methodology of prototyping model and iterative and incremental development. This is the methodology that used while developing the system. Using AMSUPIID, class teacher can use this system to record student attendance. In online web based application, teacher can record daily attendance and generate class attendance report by monthly or yearly. Guru Penolong Kanan (GPK) can generate school attendance report by monthly and the report need to send to the JAIP. Discipline teacher will use this system to view truancy statistic. In addition, the system will generate warning letter for those student. A SMS will be sent to parent’s mobile phone to notify parent that the student do not come to school. The system is developed by using the Adobe Dreamweaver and XAMPP.
