N2  - Nowadays the Malaysia population expected to be increased as well as the consumption of food required especially on the agriculture sector. This result also effect the amount of wheat imported to Malaysia which is following the same statistics. Due to this matter, Modified Cassava Flour (MOCAF) has been developed to overcome the problem. By having the MOCAF which derived from local crops cassava, it can become one of the alternatives for substituting the wheat consumption in this country.  Malaysian MOCAF Sdn Bhd is the first company in Malaysia that producing MOCAF. Due to the reason of competing in wheat flour based food industry, the company is producing special flour that have a similar wheat flour characteristic with a low price to the related industries in order to reduce their raw material cost and increasing their profitability
