xiii, 55 p. : ill. (some col.) ; 30 cm. + 1 CD-ROM The purpose of the paper is to propose the idea of using simulation modeling to establish a model of milk pasteurizing processes. The scope of this study is the milk production process. This study is conducted by using ARENA simulation software to simulate the model. This study measured the utilization; value added time and productivity of the milk production process. Then, an enhanced model is recommended. The milk production process is improved by adding one more machine at filling process.
