N2  - This project will develop an application named JobSniff that aims to rectify the existing job application system and to act as a bridge to connect job seekers and companies in IT field. Job seekers often faced problems to get in touch with a company and difficulties in getting job offers. The problems may be either the job seekers does not have any links with insiders from the companies, they does not aware about the employment recruiting services or they were looking for jobs that is outside of the range of their qualification. So far, there are many applications developed to help job seekers in simplifying job searches. This project focuses to match job seeker with the most suitable job. Evolutionary Prototyping methodology is choosen as the guideline to develop JobSniff. This methodology is suitable since it can help to elicit correct requirement as it will undergoes iteration of enhancements from the prototypes. Hopefully this project will be an alternative platform to help job seeker to simplify job searching processes
