MX is a system for collection, generation, analysis and display of three dimensional data. MX-Road is one computer simulation for developed highway design. MX-Road software also advanced software tool that delivers against these demands by enabling the rapid and accurate design of all road types. Mx-Road's functionally empowers civil engineers and road engineers to successfully design and build the 'ideal' road system. Its ability to automate complex can give significant time savings, lower start up and training costs and a faster return on investment. MX-Road is the new software in the market for us to design the geometric design of the road. Since the software is new, we don't have any reference on how to use it. This is because not many designers and engineers want to use this software. Therefore, in this final year project report, the aim is to create shortcut fundamental highway design procedure using MX¬Road for the users. At the same time, the objective is also to produce a manual that consist of shortcut to fundamental highway design using MX-Road. -Author
