A company may decide to incorporate one key inventory management technique or combine a variety of techniques to meet organizational needs. Businesses utilize inventory management strategies to create invoices and purchases order, generates receipts and control inventory-related accounting. Besides, inventory management is necessary for customer satisfactions which recently has become the first priority for companies as the effect of globalization, increases competition, and also get high profit for their company. While sustainability factors are one of the important factors that need to be implemented in a company which is planning to implement sustainability in their operation. To accomplish sustainability, goods, and services have to meet the challenges not just linked to their performance, but to the environment, economy, and social issues too. This study was carried out at company A.The objective of this study is to apply sustainability factors in new inventory management model and implement it using case study data. The analysis will be carried out by collecting all relevant data at logistics department by doing surveys on sustainability factors at the workplace to the three groups of workers which are top management, engineers and technician. Then the gathered data will be applied in formula with sustainability ratings. After that, the results will be compared between the conventional methods with the new sustainability method. From the collected data, optimal quantity, total annual inventory costs, order cycle time and number of order will be calculated. By multiplying optimal quantity with sustainability coefficient, it will help in reducing the inventory by knowing how many parts to be ordered, when to order the parts, order cycle time and total annual inventory costs.
