This project shows how to implement sustainability factors (SF) and supply chain operations reference (SCOR) in the redesigning supply chain management using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). A supply chain consists of several processes. In order to redesign the supply chain management, it is necessary to determine the important elements needed to be focused. In the current supply chain model, the sustainability factors are not being considered. The rapidly changing business nature has driven the sustainability factors become important and should be considered in the supply chain. However, the process to identify the important elements in the supply chain is not easy. To deal with this multi-criteriadecision making problem, an SCOR model is suggested to identify the criteria in supply chain and then use the AHP analyses target process selection. Professionals’ opinions are acquired to aid in determining the attributes in supply chain performances. The results show that SF is highly appreciated in the supply chain. The benefits of implementing sustainability factors in supply chain achieved a balance in environmental, economic and social sectors.
