(some col.) ; 30 cm. + 1 CD-ROM As time passes, we can seen growing interest from the design and construction community to adopt 3D and 4D modelling tools associated inorder to fulfill demand of construction industry which requires a highly accurate planning, scheduling and management of the process which can enable the overall optimization of the cost,time and resources.In traditional practice that used AutoCAD drawings, MS Project and Primavera for scheduling taking a lot of strain and it is difficult to explain status of the project to the client and time consuming. Construction sequence planning as one of the key processes in a construction project can benefit from model based working. The research were correlated to each other and they are literature review, data collection, develop BIM modelling and 4D modelling and finally data analysis technique which used content analysis.Literature review was conducted to form knowledge of the current issues in the construction industry and subsequently to identify research problem and form research objectives.While data collection is the first step inorder to create 4D model.Hence,data need to collect in form of completed 2D drawings and redraw it in 3D modelling software.Next create the model in 3D and 4D model.This case study describes different approaches for assembling a project team to leverage these technologies, the modelling requirements for implementing 3D and 4D projects, the 3D and 4D modelling processes and the significant benefits of the process and technologies.
