N2  - Maintenance is the important process after the construct ion IS done especially for a building. The maintenance is important when to ensure the asset of the building is always in a good condition. To maintenance the building is need a good of management systems. The documentation of maintenance history is important for the management as a guideline and as a reference. The current practice for documentation is using the paper document. With the practice the database and layout plan can be reach but the location of the facilities can't be easily recognized. If the documentation is not manage well it will affect the maintenance and it relate with safety of the building. This study is to document the maintenance history using Geographical Information System (GIS). This study will show the easier way and full arrangement of documentation maintenance. Furthermore, this study also will make the document easier to update and can be analysis. -Author
