Basically, the previous method of the Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is one of the method that has already being practised in the material engineering field. This method is utmost important in joining two two facing workpieces without melting the workpiece material. However, the scarcity of this method is that it will softened the near region where the FSW is being conducted. Hence, the researcher has come out with a solution where they has improved the disadvantages of the FSW into the Friction Stir Processing (FSP). Here, this new integrated technique is mainly being introduced in order to change the properties of a metal through intense, localized plastic deformation. By referring to the outlined method of this project, this deformation is produced by forcibly inserting a nonconsumable tool into the workpiece, and revolving the tool in a stirring motion as it is pushed laterally through the workpiece. Thence, this steps will manipulated and refined the structure of the cast components of Aluminium alloy 6061 and Aluminium oxide. The rotation speed of the tool has been chosen as the parameter in this project where the outcomes is being measured at the end of this work of study. The higher the rotation speed of the tool value, the mechanical properties of the selected material will be directly improves to a better standard. Beside that, the surface roughness with the presence of the reinforce demonstrating a better result than the surface roughness with the absence of reinforcement. High increment of the tool rotation speed indicates the inclined value of the coefficient of friction of the material.
