Alam Flora Sdn Bhd has several branches which one of the branches is in Bentong. To ensure the staff environment, safety and health is secured, Alam Flora Bentong has the Safety, Health, and Environment department (SHE) to monitor all its employees activities. However, with the current system, there are limitations for the safety supervisor and operation supervisor in reporting their task. The problem which occurred during the reporting are unmanaged information to refer because and data not store in a safe place that might be destroyed in accidental such as fire or natural disaster. These will lead to difficulty to service area manager to monitor the report from each area. To solve this problem, the development of the system is needed for data entry and management of the information on the Safety and Health checklist, accident report and monthly report. The objective of this system is to develop a database for collecting of daily reports that extract information from different district areas into a customize form of tabular and graphical chart and minimizes the redundant data. The development of Safety Management System for Alam Flora is based on user scope and responsibilities. The user of this system is operation supervisor, safety supervisor, service area manager and administrator. Every user has his own function in the system.
