Present research studies the effect of Eco Process Pozzolan (EPP) on the properties of foamed concrete as partial cement replacement. There are 4 mixtures of foamed concrete were prepared such as 0% of EPP as control sample, 5%, 10%, and 15% of EPPFC. All specimens were tested to determine the compressive strength, porosity and water of absorption for 3, 7, 14 and 28 days in respectively due to two types of curing regimes (water and air curing). The objectives of this study are i) To determine the optimum percentage of EPP as partial cement replacement of foamed concrete containing EPP ii) To determine the compressive strength of foamed concrete containing EPP iii)To determine the workability, density, water absorption and porosity of EPPFC mixes. It has been specified that the compressive strength of foamed concrete increased with the increase in the percentage of EPP as cement replacement. Results exhibit that EPP mixture performed better properties compared to control FC.
