Recycling is a major way of modern waste reduction and it is one of the 3R waste hierarchy which is reuse, reduce and recycle. With the concern about global warming and natural damage resulting from mining, the secondary aluminum become more popular and become one of the importance material of aluminum production in industry. Demand for aluminum and aluminum product from every sector is increasing because the capability of aluminum alloy from corrosion, has a good strength and also low density compared with steel. Recycle aluminum is actively pursued, but recycling from the automotive part is limited due to mechanical properties of Fe-rich Al-alloys, due to the hard and brittle Fe-rich intermetallic phase in recycled alloys. The objective of this study was to conduct an experiment toward mechanical behavior of recycle aluminum alloys that has been influence by the alloying element (Ni and Mo) and to investigate the limitation due to applying force.20aFaculty of Manufacturing EngineeringxDissertations 0aUniversities and CollegesxDissertations 0aTheses
