The benefit of 4D BIM model is to support an improvement on visualization and interpretation of project stakeholders toward the construction project design and project scheduling. Throughout the entire project lifecycle, it helps to provide a better communication and collaboration with project stakeholders, ensure the project constructability, time-space, logistic and resources management. However, there are still minority implementation of this development in construction industry. The current project methods are required users to visualize and interpret the project scheduling themselves. Besides, to determine the feasibility of the project schedule is apart from ability to generate it. Only experienced project players that familiar with the construction nature system are able to manage the gap existed in industry. The case study involved in this thesis study is an infrastructure project of breakwater system. It was structured to reduce the intensity of wave action inshore water and thereby reduce the coastal erosion. To fulfil the main purpose of this thesis study, the implementation of 4D BIM model on infrastructure project, three objectives was achieved. With the generated 3D BIM model with construction planning and scheduling, by bit the final products of 4D BIM simulation was developed. This simulation had shown the 4D BIM implementation on an infrastructure project was significant advantageous in visualization, interpretation and feasibility of the project as they involved construction below sea water level. This help to improve the management, planning, construction and designing team in collaboration and communication ER -
