(2) A statistically significant and positive effect exists between knowledge management processes (i.e. acquisition, creation and utilisation processes) and firm innovative performance of Malaysian public listed service companies. (3) The association between transformational leadership and firm innovative performance of Malaysian public listed service companies is statistically significant and positive. (4) The moderating effect of transformational leadership on the relationship between knowledge management infrastructures and firm innovative performance of Malaysian public listed service companies is statistically significant and negative. (5) transformational leadership statistically significant and negative affects the relationship between knowledge management processes and firm innovative performance of Malaysian public listed service companies. This study made significant contributions in theory and management.
