  <abstract>Social media is a powerful and effective means for wise organisations somehow to substantially improve their chances towards effectively of growth, and achieve more comparative advantage over others, yet shades of grey are still visible. Therefore, to study this research to investigate the effect of social media usage on organizations performance. In this study, independent variable which is social media usage are categorize into three sub construct which is social media for marketing and branding, social media for customers relations and services and social media for information accessibility, while the dependent variable are organizational performance. Data will be collected through online questionnaire using 5 Likert scale. The questionnaire will be distributed to organisational informants such as managers and senior staff in the Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) through purposive sampling technique. Data will be analyses using IBM SPSS, where descriptive, normality, reliability, and correlation analysis will be tested.</abstract>
