520 3 _aThe active aging concept has sparked widespread discussions on promoting labor participation, strengthening intergenerational support for older adults, and enhancing their overall well-being. This situation has heightened the focus on initiatives such as lifelong learning opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and health programs specifically designed for the aging population. This study aimed to identify the relationships between labor participation, intergenerational support, and subjective wellbeing, as well as to identify the key predictors of subjective well-being. Subjective wellbeing was assessed through two primary dimensions: life satisfaction and depression risk. A cross-sectional design was applied, with subjective well-being measured by the SWLS and CES-D-10 scale, intergenerational support by selected CLHLS items, and labor participation by CFPS indicators. The results indicated that workforce participation among older adults was relatively low. Nonetheless, a significant positive relationship has been identified between labor participation and life satisfaction. Furthermore, labor participation, receiving emotional support and educational level emerged as predictors of life satisfaction among the elderly. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering healthy aging through targeted interventions and optimizing the utilization of human resources in this demographic.
