Currently recorded from Malaysia road accident, majority the incident happen reason ofthe road condition for example hill or cornering area and slippery road surface. Also not exempted originate from the carelessness of road users. Less from the accident recorded are happen from crosswind condition. There are many investigation have been done to reduce the total of road accident, and there are only serve investigate to the road condition and surrounding. Unfortunately, without conscious, crosswind at the certain area of Malaysian roads has to an observation. This research purposely to determine the wind flow speed and the changes of wind speed based on type of terrain at the selected area. This outline thesis will shows the increasing of wind speed on selected area due to slope degree changing and the changes of terrain category. The selected area is in Kuantan especially at the East-coast Expressway. It is because; there are many wide areas along the expressway. From the calculation, results are shows the wind speed will increase when through the expressway slope from degree 10° to 35°. The wind speed increase also different from one terrain to another terrain.
