Work quantity and productivity of labors/ logistic are identified. Time duration for main structures of sport complex is estimated. From the analysis, the time duration for piling works is 63 days, lower ground floor is 201 days, ground floor is 485 days, first floor is 144 days, second floor is 239 days, third floor is 245 days, fourth floor is 241 days and roof system is 237 days. The overall time duration for this project is 739 days. This research may produce a guideline to the scheduler in estimating time duration for building construction and provide a platform for further study in advances the theory of scheduling.-Author
