Nowadays, tubing was majorly used for pipe replacement in gas industrial or commercial building. This study is to compute pressure drop of gas flow on tube with nitrogen; non-flammable gas, carbon dioxide and oxygen gas as medium. It was conducted on several tubes, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, and 1 1/2 inch outside diameter size respectively. The data was calculated based on pressure drop mathematical formula. The flow rate was manipulated in order to determine the pressure drop. The pressure was kept constant at 25 psig, 50 psig and 100 psig. A computer simulation also developed to effectively design of the process. The computer simulation was conducted to compute pressure drop at higher pressure, flow rate and size of tube. Data of pressure drop that obtained for each of type gas flow was increases as the flow rate increase and decrease as well as the diameter of tube increase. Results that were obtained can be used as reference and guidance for the designer of gas pipeline.
