Dissertation note: Project paper (Bachelor of Civil Engineering) -- Universiti Malaysia Pahang - 2007 Abstract: Nowadays, construction industry in Malaysia move rapidly equivalence with economic growth. Expanding of the construction industry, reveal usage of construction project delivery method. One of construction delivery method rapidly usage is Design and Build method. In this study, there are 30 respondents have been selected from around Malaysia that help out to identify problems always occur in Design and Build method. Besides that, the study also has been made on usage variation of Design and Build method among selected construction agencies. Within usage of the variation method, there are a few factors and criteria need to be considered in selection of the variation method as construction project delivery method. After that, the study continues on identifying usage type's determination of contract price which exist in construction. However the contract price usage has a few criteria as guidance in selection of the contract price method for a construction project. -Author
